About Gifty Tech
A Zalo Mini App and customer care, AI and data solutions company in Hai Phong.
Gifty Tech Joint Stock Company was founded in September 2024. We build Zalo Mini Apps, AI customer-care assistants, data and operations systems for businesses and schools; products serve many users on their phones, with short flows and automatically confirmed payments.
Gifty Tech delivers end to end: business analysis, design, development, deployment, operations and post-handover support. Systems in operation include a registration and fee portal for over 4,000 students at 9 schools, an online training platform, Zalo Mini Apps published with Hai Phong Post Office, a logistics operations system and an IoT device-monitoring platform.
Since 2025 Gifty Tech has developed the PostGifty e-commerce channel with Hai Phong Post Office, taken part in the Hai Phong Digital Transformation Forum and Techfest Hai Phong 2026, and is listed in the AI cooperation programme between Hai Phong and the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.

Transparent numbers
Gifty Tech publishes only verifiable figures and makes no promises outside its control. Customers follow reports directly in the system.
Automated operations
Registration, payment, notifications, reminders, certificates and content publishing run on schedule, minimising manual work for the customer.
Complete handover
Source code, technical documentation, infrastructure accounts and admin training are handed over in full at acceptance, with warranty and post-handover support.
Organisation
Gifty Tech is organised as product teams: each system has a lead engineer accountable from design through development to operations, working directly with the customer alongside management. The engineering team is based in Hai Phong and covers the full stack: backend, web UI, mobile apps, Zalo Mini Apps, infrastructure and operations.

Hai Phong – Guangxi online meeting on AI cooperation
The Department of Science and Technology chaired an online meeting with the Guangxi Big Data Development Bureau. Among 35 proposals from 18 city agencies and businesses, Gifty Tech is named for proposing AI-based consumption forecasting for group buying and cross-border logistics coordination through the postal network.

Our commitments
Data protection
Student and customer data belong to the customer. Gifty Tech processes it only within the contract, never for other purposes, and hands over or deletes it on request when the engagement ends.
Source-code ownership
Under source-code handover contracts, the customer owns the delivered code for life, with technical documentation and setup guides sufficient for a third party to take over.
Warranty and support
Free bug fixes during the warranty period; on-call engineering on agreed peak days; a single point of contact responding in business hours.
